Composite Guy Strain Insulators are mainly used in terminal poles, corner poles, tension poles and long-span poles of lines. When the tension of the cable exceeds the allowable tension, the insulation layer will be destroyed, but two mutually perpendicular iron rings are connected inside to ensure that the cable will not be disconnected, avoiding the occurrence of accidents such as tripping, and ensuring the reliability of power supply. At present, they are widely used in stay wires of 10 kV, 20 kV lines and 400 V low-voltage lines. Its installation methods include wedge clamp installation and pre-formed installation. The voltage and mechanical tensile failure load of the product is 10 kV, 20 kV and 90 kN, 120 kN, respectively.
